There is something almost physical in the films of Quentin Tarantino, something that can’t quite be explained. Maybe it has to do with what he once said —that he didn’t go to film school, he went to the movies— blending genres without asking for permission and learning to build his own universe through references, intuition and obsession. Or maybe it has to do with the fact that, since Pulp Fiction (Palme d’Or at Cannes and Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay), cinema has never quite sounded the same. Long, winding dialogues, fragmented structures, stylised violence and unforgettable characters. A universe. Literally.
The release of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair has pushed us to create the Tarantino Universe, in 4K, of course.
1 premiere and 3 re-releases in 4K. How could we let this opportunity pass?
